Acceptance of terms

By visiting or using any part of toolsnest.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please stop using the site. These terms apply to everyone — casual visitors, people using our tools, and readers of our blog.

1. What ToolsNest is

ToolsNest is a free, browser-based utility platform. We offer tools in four categories:

• SEO tools — SEO Audit, Meta Tag Generator, Keyword Density Checker
• Writing tools — Word Counter, Character Counter, Readability Checker
• Image tools — Image Compressor, Image Converter
• PDF & privacy tools — PDF Compressor, PDF Locker, PrivNote (self-destructing messages)

We also publish a blog covering SEO, content writing, and web performance. All tools are free to use. We do not charge for access, require an account, or impose usage limits.

2. How you may use ToolsNest

You are welcome to use any tool on the site for personal or commercial purposes, free of charge. You agree not to:

• Attempt to overload, scrape en masse, or attack our infrastructure through automated requests
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our tools or their underlying code
• Use PrivNote to share content that is illegal, threatening, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to access portions of the site that are not intended for public access (such as the admin panel)
• Use the SEO Audit tool in a way that violates the terms of the target website being audited

3. No warranties — tools are provided as-is

Every tool on ToolsNest is provided free of charge and without warranty. We make a genuine effort to ensure accuracy — our readability scores follow established formulas, our SEO checks follow current best practices, and our PDF processing uses well-tested libraries — but we cannot guarantee that every result is correct for every case.

Use tool output as a guide, not as a final verdict. In particular: SEO audit results are based on publicly available signals and do not guarantee any change in search rankings. Keyword density figures are mathematical calculations, not endorsements of a particular writing approach.

4. PrivNote — special considerations

PrivNote allows you to create a message that self-destructs after one view. By using this feature you agree that:

• You will not use it to share illegal content, malware links, personal threats, or any content that violates applicable law
• Once a note is deleted (after being read, or after 7 days), it cannot be recovered — by you or by us
• We reserve the right to delete any note at any time if we have reason to believe it violates these terms

5. Intellectual property

All blog content published on toolsnest.io is written by the ToolsNest team and is our intellectual property. You may quote or reference articles with attribution and a link back to the original. Reproducing full articles without permission is not allowed.

The tool output you generate — SEO reports, compressed images, converted files, meta tag HTML — is yours. We claim no ownership over files you process or content you create using our tools.

6. Third-party links and advertising

ToolsNest displays advertising through Google AdSense. We may also link to external resources in blog articles. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Ads are clearly distinguishable from editorial content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolsNest and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its tools. This includes — but is not limited to — decisions made based on SEO audit results, data processed through our PDF tools, or messages sent via PrivNote.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
